About Me

Heather serves as Corporate Counsel for Tyson Fogle LLC and has experience in contracts, real estate law and construction liability.  She has also worked on regulatory compliance issues with the Texas Public Utilities Commission and the Texas Commission of Environmental Quality.  She is a champion of small business and entrepreneurs biggest advocate. Due to her vital role in many small businesses over the years she understand the needs and the work it takes to thrive to go from a small business to a big one.  

An additional focus is Estate Planning and making sure that the estate documents are up to date and reflect the client’s intentions and values. Family is a strong core value for Heather. Heather is devout to her faith and family is at the core of all her actions. She was raised in Missouri and spent many years on a cattle farm so she is no stranger to hard work.  She has lived in Utah and Pennsylvania for educational and professional pursuits.  She moved to Texas in 2010 and is proud to call Texas “home”.  She has been married for nearly 20 years and a mother of eight. “I thrive on throwing my enthusiasm and work ethic toward a positive solution and seeing the results.”
